By purchasing from petluvy.com or enrolling in the Petluvy VIP Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Petluvy
Petluvy is operated by Akers Digital Store LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: petluvy@outlook.com | (855) 514-7893 | Hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Your billing statement will read PETLUVY.
2. Product Purchases
- All prices listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Product images are representative; slight variations may occur.
3. VIP Club Membership Program
The Petluvy VIP Club is a recurring subscription that gives members exclusive pricing, perks, and early access. By enrolling:
- You will be charged $39.95 every 30 days until cancelled, starting at the time of enrolment.
- Your payment method on file will be charged automatically every 30 days.
- You will receive an email confirmation when each membership charge is processed.
- Your billing statement will read PETLUVY.
- You may cancel at any time using any of the four cancellation methods listed in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your VIP Club membership at any time by any of the following four methods:
- Email petluvy@outlook.com
- Call (855) 514-7893 Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Reply to any order or membership confirmation email with the word "CANCEL"
- Complete the cancellation form at petluvy.com/pages/cancellation
Cancellations are processed immediately and take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for details. Summary: we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund on products (opened or unopened) and on your most recent VIP Club membership charge.
6. Shipping
Standard shipping is 3–7 business days within the United States. International shipping available to select countries. Detailed times and costs are shown at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content — including logos, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Akers Digital Store LLC and protected by US and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Petluvy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or membership in question.
9. Dispute Resolution
We want to resolve any issues directly. Please contact petluvy@outlook.com or call (855) 514-7893 before initiating any formal dispute. Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
