At Petluvy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase or your VIP Club membership, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Product Refunds — Opened or Unopened
- We offer a 30-day from receipt of order no-questions-asked refund policy on all products — whether the item is opened or unopened.
- If your dog didn't love it, return it — even if it's been chewed, played with, or the packaging has been opened. No restocking fee.
- To initiate a product refund, contact us at petluvy@outlook.com or call (855) 514-7893 Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Once your return is received, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

VIP Club Membership Refunds
- 30-day from receipt of order no-questions-asked refund on VIP Club membership charges. If you were charged and did not intend to be, or you simply changed your mind, we will refund your most recent membership payment — no questions asked.
- To request a VIP membership refund, use any of the four cancellation methods listed in our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at petluvy@outlook.com with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are refundable if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item). For change-of-mind returns, shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
