We make cancelling your Petluvy VIP Club membership easy. There are four ways to cancel, and we process every cancellation immediately upon receipt.
Four Ways to Cancel Your VIP Membership
- Email us: Send a cancellation request to petluvy@outlook.com. Include your full name and the email address associated with your membership.
- Call us: Dial (855) 514-7893 Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Our customer service team will process your cancellation on the spot.
- Reply to any confirmation email: Reply to any order or membership confirmation email with the word "CANCEL" and we'll process it within one business day.
- Use our cancellation form: Visit petluvy.com/pages/cancellation and complete the cancellation form. We'll confirm via email within 24 hours.
When Does My Cancellation Take Effect?
- Cancellations submitted during business hours are processed the same day.
- Cancellations submitted outside business hours are processed the next business day.
- You will retain all VIP benefits until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, then your account moves to non-VIP status.
Refund on Recent Charge
If you forgot to cancel and were just billed, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that most recent charge — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Cancelling a Product Order
If you want to cancel a product order (not a membership), contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled immediately. Orders that have already shipped must be returned per our Refund Policy.
